I guess as a mother, you always feel guilt. It is an inescapable feeling that never leaves and tends to make you feel like your kid might be in the slow class (not that there is anything wrong with that, except if it because of your lack of good parenting). How can one not think I should have cleaned the tub before his bath, or I shouldn't have let him sleep in his PJ's 2 nights in a row. Ben's turning out pretty great so far...He says "two-word sentences": "Mama up"."Dada down",.he knows what you're saying, usually listens (unless he is in the middle of destroying something, which is quite frequent and can name lots of things although most of it is in his language- which consists of gwall for ball, and something I can't even write for train. He said "Mama" yesterday, with an inflection at the end. He is awesome and I can't wait till he can talk more.. I just hope he doesn't say "Didn't I wear this yesterday?"
